Who we are

Scout Radar was founded in Saudi Arabia and is personally owned and led by Nazeeh Raddah, a Saudi entrepreneur and human resources manager with over 20 years of HR management and recruitment experience at major organizations.

The service combines recruitment judgment with modern search and assessment tools. We look beyond job titles to understand professional experience, the scope of responsibilities, company context, and whether a potential move is appropriate.

Why a founder-led approach?

The service draws on real-world experience managing recruitment needs, evaluating professional backgrounds and working with hiring leaders. That perspective matters when a job description alone does not reveal the whole hiring challenge.

We understand that sector experience, professional responsibility, location and willingness to move within Saudi Arabia may all affect suitability. We disclose meaningful uncertainties rather than forcing a misleading exact-match score.
